Old Leamingtonians Ladies have now held five successful girls' rugby taster sessions and will be adding a further five taster sessions to this season's calendar. The following dates (at the Crofts) are: Wednesday 17^th February 2010 6pm – 7pm Wednesday 10^th March 2010 6pm – 7pm Wednesday 31^st March 2010 6pm – 7pm Wednesday 21^st April 2010 6pm – 7pm Wednesday 12^th May 2010 6pm – 7pm

The Comets contact team is back! Under 18’s contact training is back at the Crofts after a successful contact taster session on 22^nd November with the Comets tag team. The taster session was coached by Gemma Lewis Old Leams senior ladies’ coach and front row senior ladies’ player Vanessa Knevitt. Lewis said “It was a really successful session and I think the players got a lot out of it. Vanessa and I enjoyed introducing contact to the tag team and look forward to the next instalment.” More taster sessions will be held every 3 weeks on the following date at the Crofts: Wednesday 25^th November 2009 6pm – 7pm Wednesday 16^th December 2009 6pm – 7pm Wednesday 6^th January 2010 6pm – 7pm Wednesday 27^th January 2010 6pm – 7pm Wednesday 17^th February 2010 6pm -7pm The session will be coached by a RFU level 2 qualified coach and guest senior ladies 1^st team players, who all have been CRB checked.
