Marian Mcnamee from BBC Coventry and Warwicks radio breakfast show, paid a visit to old leams ladies pre-season training.
Marian interviewed the players and coach, for a radio broadcast about womens rugby and the womens rugby world cup which starts in August.
Training is on Wednesday only at 7.30pm, from the 12th July training will be on Monday 7pm and Wednesday 7.30.
The Broadcast will still be available to listen to on iPlayer up to Weds 23rd june catch it there;

On Friday night The Crofts played host to the Old Leamingtonians Ladies 23rdAnnual Ladies Awards dinner.
The awards followed what was a review of a difficult season by Captain Hannah Leyland & Coach Gemma Lewis. This season has seen Old Leamingtonians Ladies fight for points against challenging league opposition but ended on a high when they won the Warwickshire 10's tournament. Outclassed week after week the ladies have made the decision to drop a league for the 2010/11 season to regain their form and play some more positive rugby.

Just because the rugby season is over doesn't mean we need to stop!!!
Training will carrry on though the summer playing football, rounders and tag rugby (only on a Wednesday night)
Any one is welcome to come along and join in the fun!!
If your a new player its a great way to get to know the team before the season starts
9th June 2010 (Wed) - Rounders
16th June 2010 (Wed) Lite pre-season training and Tag
23th June 2010 (Wed) Lite pre-season training and Tag
30th June 2010 (Wed) Lite pre-season training and Tag
7th July 2010 (Wed) Recuitment night for season 2010 -2011
12th July 2010 MONDAY PRE-SEASON STARTS training will return to two nights per week
