Whilst haveing 13 boys on school tour in Scotland the Under 13's were still able to welcome 12 players to an all day RFU Grade 2 coaching day. Despite foul weather the boys enjoyed a very commited coaching session given by Alex Stoyka that included an outdoor practical session of 3 hours followed by an indoor theoretical session of 2 hours involving mental preparation, diet and coaching demonstrations via DVD on the big screen.
