Old Leams 2nd XV picked up their second win of the season, brushing aside Evesham 2nds 48-7.

In what turned out to be a keenly contested game up front, OLs pack produced some excellent quick ball for the backs to use their pace and score some cracking tries, the pick of which must have been French Tony’s run in from 30 yards!
Tries from Mark Foley (3), Hex, Tony Charpentier, Calum and Cawail Wong and 4 conversions by Andy Hall. Man of the match was Calum for several bullocking runs and some aggressive defensive work at the lineouts.

Sunday November 23rd at the club from 10.00am

The gum shield is the most important piece of equipment a rugby player should own.

gumshield.pngThe gum shield not only protects your teeth and gums, it can reduce damage around the jaw and your chances of getting concussed.

As every mouth is different, so every gum shield should be moulded to fit perfectly around the top half of a player's mouth.

The best way of doing this is to see your local club dentist, who will make sure the shield is right for your mouth.

Roy Dixon, Dentist of this parish, will be available at the club to take impressions for perfectly moulded blue-and-gold gum shields.

£25 cash for complete piece of mind
