Old Leamingtonians RFC has a proud history of Women's Rugby. From the early days in the 1990s,the heights of Premiership rugby and the National Cup Final in 1999, to the difficult period at the start of the new century. Now, the women are firmly on their way back up, winning the league in 2007 with promotion to the 3rd tier of women's rugby. The 2009 - 2010 season sees another milestone with the return of the  Mid Warwickshire Comets (girls' rugby) back after a season absence. The many benefits of this will become clear in the future when Old Leamingtonians Ladies will be able to field more and more players that have come through the ranks of the youth academy. Old Leamingtonians Ladies attracts players from all over the county and beyond; Warwick, Rugby, Leamington Spa, Stratford, Southam, Kenilworth, Studley, Alcester and even Nuneaton. Old Leamingtonians Ladies also have close links with Warwick Uni Women's rugby team with several students and ex students playing for the club and getting invovled in social activities! The season runs from September to April time with tournaments & tours during May and June. We continue to train throughout the summer months.
