Old Leamingtonians Ladies have now held five successful girls' rugby taster sessions and will be adding a further five taster sessions to this season's calendar.

The following dates (at the Crofts) are: 

Wednesday 17^th February 2010 6pm – 7pm

Wednesday 10^th March 2010 6pm – 7pm

Wednesday 31^st March 2010 6pm – 7pm

Wednesday 21^st April 2010 6pm – 7pm

Wednesday 12^th May 2010 6pm – 7pm

Gemma Lewis (Ladies Coach) said: "It’s a very exciting time for girls and ladies rugby at Old Leams. The taster sessions for under 18 girls have been really successful, with numbers growing each session as word gets around. We now have a core of 7 girls coming to training. We hope to increase this number to 14 over the next couple of months. It has also been a great opportunity for the senior ladies at Old Leams and the ladies who play for both Old Leams and Warwick University to assist the junior members whilst also improving their own coaching skills".

In conjunction with Warwick University Ladies Rugby Team, V Rugby and the local community we are working towards holding taster sessions within local senior schools. More details to follow.
