Old Leams Ladies Captain Christie Honor is pleased to announce that the new Vice Captain will be Kelly McLeod. With the previous Vice Captain becoming unavailable for a long time, a new Vice Captain was needed.

Captain Christie Honor said: “I am very happy that Kelly is willing to take on the role of Vice Captain. Her commitment to the club and the Ladies’ team in particular is an example to everyone.”

McLeod has been a member of the Old Leams team for a long time and has held the positions of Captain and Vice Captain in the past. She is also the team’s Fixture Secretary.

With both the Captain and the Vice Captain having experience with playing Premiership rugby, the ladies hope to boost their bid for promotion to Midlands 1 this season.

The first league match is at 2.30pm on the 24th of September at The Crofts in Leamington.
