OL’s U10’s vs. Evesham 29^th November '09

OL’s entertained visitors from Evesham for two games of ‘go forward’ rugby, both being wins for the OL’s and impressive for different reasons....

OL’s development squad displayed considerable grit and determination to run out winners, the first half being all OL’s . Backline changes at halftime saw Evesham edge back into the game but some resolute defence maintained the advantage.Scorers were Danni (2) Tom Hoare, Pierce and AJ

The well drilled squad that recently qualified for the Prima Cup ¼ finals took to the field against opposition that had been suitably ‘tenderised’ by the previous match.  A dominant performance followed, with noteworthy efforts from Kai Bailey and Cameron Jessamine, whose workrate and tackling left the opposition in tatters. Scorers were Cameron (3) Alex W (3) Kai (2) and Sam, Lewis and Zac.

Overall it was a resounding success for both squads, demonstrating the embarrassment of riches that the coaching executive have at their disposal!
