More Than Rugby – The Benefits of Being an OL
Joining Old Leamingtonians RFC means becoming part of a welcoming, community-focused rugby club with a proud heritage. OLs is built on connection, belonging and a shared passion for sport, friendship and community.
Whether you’re a player, parent, supporter, volunteer or simply someone who enjoys being part of a great local club, membership helps support everything that makes OLs special.
What does membership give you?
As an OLs member, you become part of the wider OLs family, with benefits including:

Rugby for everyone – whatever your level or interest
OLs offers something for everyone, no matter your age, ability or how you want to be involved in the game:
Age Grade Rugby – a safe, fun and structured pathway for young players to learn and develop
Senior Rugby (Men’s and Women’s) – competitive rugby supported by high-standard coaching and a strong focus on player development
Touch Rugby – fast, social and non-contact rugby for all abilities
Walking Rugby – ideal for those who want to stay involved in the game without the impact of full contact
Golf Society – a social extension of the Club for members who enjoy sport, friendship and a relaxed competitive spirit off the pitch
Mixed Ability Hornets – our inclusive team where everyone is welcome, regardless of ability, experience or background
From first-time players to experienced athletes, OLs provides a pathway and a place for everyone to enjoy being part of rugby in their own way.
Your membership supports the whole Club
Membership subscriptions don’t just provide individual benefits. They help us maintain our pitches and facilities, support our rugby programmes and continue investing in the environment we provide for players, families, volunteers and supporters.
Our new Club gym is another example of that investment — improving the facilities available to our players while giving wider Club members the opportunity to access the gym at an exclusive members’ rate.
From Age Grade rugby through to our senior Men’s and Women’s teams, Colts, Touch, Walking Rugby, Golf Society and our Mixed Ability Hornets, OLs provides opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to enjoy sport and be part of the Club.
Most importantly, you don’t have to play rugby to belong at OLs. Membership is about supporting your Club, meeting people, getting involved and helping us continue to build a strong community for the future.
One Club. One Community. One Standard.
Join OLs. Support your Club. Be part of it.
